Our Process
- Identifying Hiring Needs: We start by understanding the specific requirements of our clients. This involves analyzing job specifications, required skills, and experience to ensure we attract the right candidates.
- Creating Job Descriptions: We then prepare detailed job descriptions that outline the responsibilities, qualifications, and expectations for the role. This helps in attracting suitable candidates and setting clear expectations.
- Sourcing Candidates: We use a mix of external and internal recruitment methods, leveraging job portals, social media, and our network to find both active and passive candidates.
- Screening and Shortlisting: Our experienced team reviews applications and conducts initial screenings to shortlist candidates who best match the job requirements.
- Interviews and Assessments: We conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit. This may include technical tests, behavioral interviews, and other relevant evaluations.
- Candidate Orientation and Development :Through Leela HR Orientation Programs, we hone the strengths and improve weaknesses of the candidates and ensure that they are well-prepared and capable of meeting job demands, ultimately contributing to the success of our clients’ teams.
- Client Interviews: We coordinate interviews between our clients and the shortlisted candidates, providing support and feedback throughout the process.
- Sending the top fit: We save our clients time by shortlisting the best candidates. We conduct foundational interviews, assess strengths and weaknesses, and provide orientation programs to hone their skills. Successful candidates are then sent to the company premises for the final interview.
